I met for a consultation with Dr Castano. Very impressed by him. When he speaks to you it’s very obvious he’s a master at what he is doing. Extremely knowledgeable, I can’t stress enough how comfortable he will make you feel and his chairside manner is second to none . I very much recommend him for anyone seeking A++++ care.
Doctor Castano is a very competent practitioner who treats patients with kindness. The doctor treated me for an advanced case complicated by an underlying health condition, and he did an excellent job with tooth extraction and implantation as well as other services. He discovered a root crack that caused an abscess that could have been very dangerous. The medical support staff is also very competent and professional. I highly recommend the good doctor and his practice.One piece of advice: if the office manager is not being helpful, you can call and ask the doctor to call you back.
I put a lot of trust in Dr. Castaño and his team for the extraction (of my loose implant) and replacement 2.9mm implant with healing cap. They were upfront and clear about the typically pricey services, which I appreciated after multiple worrisome consultations with others.However, in the last stretch to get my crown on, the screw broke inside the implant through no fault of Dr. Castaño’s (was done in different office), and I ended up turning to his expertise again to get the broken screw OUT else risk returning to square one. It was an extra few months involving lots of anxiety, several ad hoc appointments, his office chasing very specific parts from the implant manufacturer, and a long session of labor to safely cut my healed-over-the-implant gums, break up & remove the problem screw, and replace the healing cap. Today, I finally came back to get the crown in and it was a success. Throughout all the extra procedures, Dr. Castaño’s patience and demeanor were calming and professional. It’s such a relief to be at the finish line now 😅
Dr. Castano is tops in his field. He explains everything in detail, making you feel comfortable and confident. He is not aggressive or pushy, and recommends less invasive treatments first.Ellie the hygienist is very professional and does an excellent job. She is an expert in dental hygiene and works with her patients to ensure the best home care .The office staff is friendly and responsive to their patients needs.
